Phone Doctor

This Privacy Policy applies to the Phone Doctor mobile application (the "App") developed by Ahmad Al-Sl (the "Developer"). The App is available on the Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS).

By downloading and using Phone Doctor, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please uninstall the App.

Phone Doctor does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number. The data interactions in the app fall into two categories:

Data processed locally on your device (never transmitted):

• Battery level, health, and charging status
• Accelerometer, Gyroscope, and Magnetometer sensor readings
• Microphone audio recordings (stored temporarily in your device's cache, deleted on next recording)
• Camera preview frames (live, never saved to any file)
• Network ping and connectivity status
• Device specifications (model, OS version, RAM) used only to populate the Device Info screen

Data collected automatically by third-party services:

• Anonymous crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics
• Anonymous aggregated usage events via Firebase Analytics
• Ad interaction data via Google AdMob (see Advertising section)

Phone Doctor requests the following operating system permissions solely to perform the hardware diagnostic tests you initiate. You will be prompted to grant each permission at the time it is needed.

You can revoke any permission at any time through your device's Settings app.

Phone Doctor integrates the following third-party SDKs. Each service has its own independent Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review:

• Google AdMob – for serving in-app advertisements
• Firebase Analytics – for anonymous usage statistics
• Firebase Crashlytics – for automatic crash reporting

These services may collect data such as IP addresses, device identifiers (Advertising ID / IDFA), and aggregated usage patterns. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Phone Doctor is a free application supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to display banner and rewarded video advertisements within the App.

Google AdMob may collect and use the following to serve personalized or non-personalized ads:

• Advertising ID (GAID on Android / IDFA on iOS)
• IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
• Device type, OS version, and screen size
• Interaction data (ad views, clicks)

To improve the stability and reliability of Phone Doctor, we use Firebase Crashlytics by Google. When the App encounters an unexpected error, Crashlytics automatically collects and sends us an anonymous crash report.

This report may include:

• Stack traces and error logs (code-level, no personal data)
• Device state at the time of the crash (OS version, available memory)
• A random anonymous installation identifier

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used, which features are popular, and how to improve the user experience. All data collected is aggregated and anonymous.

Examples of events collected:

• Which diagnostic tests are run most frequently
• How long users engage with the app per session
• App version and device type distribution

This data cannot be linked back to any individual user and is used solely for product improvement purposes.

Since Phone Doctor does not maintain its own user accounts or databases, there is no personal data stored on our servers to delete.

• Microphone recordings are stored in your device's temporary cache and are automatically overwritten each time you start a new test. They are fully deleted when you uninstall the app.
• PDF Reports generated by the app are saved to your device's local storage or shared externally by you. We have no access to these files.
• Firebase/AdMob data is governed by Google's data retention policies. You may request deletion by contacting us so we can facilitate the request with Google.

Phone Doctor is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through this App, please contact us immediately using the contact information below and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, third-party services, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
